Smash Bash

As many of y'all know, I went on my bachelorette party, aka SMASH BASH, this past weekend in Charleston. It was amazeballs! We stayed in a fabulous house on the Isle of Palms and then went into Charleston on Saturday and Sunday night. My friends threw me a lingerie shower Saturday night and it was complete with lots of adult toys...of the male variety :) We had a wonderful time and I could not be more thankful for my friends. They are definitely the best friends a girl could ask for and I am so happy to have spent some of my last few days as a single gal with them. Thank you ladies and here's to many more Bachelorettes to come (for y'all at least)!

Ready for the Bachelorette weekend!

Bachelorette Bound: Charleston!

My girlfriends and I are headed to Chucktown tomorrow for my Bachelorette Bash!
I am SOOO excited to be spending these last few single days
with some of my favorite ladies :)
Shockingly, I have only been to Charleston to catch a cruise ship,
so needless to say, I am beyond excited to see this historic city,
shop and of course enjoy all the best beaches and food
that Charleston has to offer.

Our fabulous house on the Isle of Palms

Rainbow Row!

The Battery

Gorgeous at night from afar

Old Cemetery! Yes, I am a history nerd

Can't wait to see this sunset!

If anyone has any recommendations on what to see,
do or where to eat, let me know!

Cheers to the freakin' weekend!

Color Me Happy: Front Doors

I don't know if y'all are like me, but I am a sucker for some front door eye candy. I love the boldness of homeowners who embrace their design style and decorate to their hearts intent! I hope I am daring enough to try one of these front door colors when we buy a home (or get Jason on board, for that matter!) because I sure do love these color me happy front doors :)

Luurve this color combo!
Behr's Cool Jazz

Subtle, yet still interesting
Benjamin Moore's Golden Honey

I would love to walk past this bright blue door everyday :)

Gray stunner with a country look

I am a sucker for a gorgeous red front door

Another blue option...little bit darker
Sherwin Williams
French Navy Blue

I'm seriously ready to move in!

Would be so cute if you lived near the coast
Valspar's Sassy Green

Beautiful, bold teal

Mustard yellow beauty

They call me mellow yellow
LOVE!

My favorites: Aqua/gray combo (1st one),
both red front doors, and this last one...
What are your faves?
Would you ever paint your front door a funky, fun color?
Or are you a more subdued kinda gal?

Weekend Wrap-Up

We had a fast and furious weekend and it was amazing!! I will describe in pictures, so follow along below:

Spent Saturday in Athens cheering on our Dawgs to victory!

Found a rehearsal dinner dress :)

Received our wreath monogram in the mail

Accepted a fabulous personalized tray from Natalie and Chad

Started to pack for my Bachelorette weekend in Charleston (!!!)

Wrote thank you notes from my Shiloh shower

Paged through one of our guest books

Getting giddy about Fall with my new lighted pumpkin

Watched/helped Jason put together our new media stand

Printed out table numbers...

And started to frame those babies for the tables

What did you do this weekend?
Anyone else working on wedding planning
or did all of y'all have a normal (sane) fall weekend
complete with lots of football?!

Hope everyone is staying warm and safe in this nasty weather!
